Nobody enjoys reading terms & conditions — so we wrote ours the way we'd want to read them: short, honest, and in plain English. They're still a real agreement, though. Creating an account means you're accepting them.

Who can use this platform

This platform is built for HR professionals, recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and anyone with real hiring responsibility — founders and hiring managers included. What the platform is not for is looking up individuals outside a genuine hiring process; accounts used that way get closed.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for real hiring. Don't:

AI scoring — read this one

Our AI scores and analyses candidates to help you decide — not to decide for you. Every hiring decision is yours, made with your professional judgment. Treat our scores as one strong input, never the whole answer.

We'll be straight with you: no AI system is guaranteed free of bias, ours included. We work on it constantly, but you should never let a score be the only reason someone does or doesn't get a call.

Candidate data

You're responsible for having the right to submit candidate data to us — including any consent your local law requires. Once it's here, we handle it exactly as described in the Privacy Policy: scoring only, no selling, no training.

Intellectual property

The platform — the scoring engine, the interface, the docs — is ours. Your data stays yours; you're licensing the tool, not buying pieces of it. Don't copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

No guarantees

We put real effort into keeping the platform fast, available, and accurate. But honestly: the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We can't promise uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that any individual score is correct. No software company truthfully can.

Limits on our liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. For anything we are liable for, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the relationship

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of anything you've prepaid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute belongs to the competent courts of Tel Aviv. Nothing here takes away consumer protections your local law gives you that can't be waived.

When these terms change

If we update these terms, the new version goes up here with a fresh date at the top — no silent edits. For changes that actually affect you, we'll email you before they take effect.
